The first Moaning LP was a scrappy scratchy post-punk LP with good songs and a ton of promise.

The new Moaning LP has not only fulfilled that promise but surpassed all expectations.

This record could have come straight out of 1983 and I mean that is a very positive way indeed!

It’s loaded with absolutely killer synth-laden pop songs that recall the best of Depeche Mode, New Order, The Bolshoi right up to Bloc Party and Interpol yet managing to have a completely unique sound in synthy goth post-punk.

As you can tell we fucking love this record.
