How long can I keep items in my cart? - Your cart will automatically be emptied after 60 minutes.
Are all items in stock now? - Some items are pre-orders. Pre-orders are clearly marked next to the buy button, if you order an item marked as pre-order it will tell you the expected release date. If you order items that are in stock along with a pre-order item your order will not ship until all items are in store.
Who posts your records? - We ship using Royal Mail Business. We have collections daily so your orders should ship within 72 hours (if in stock) we use double-walled music max mailers to ship you vinyl.
How often do you ship records? - We have a daily collection by Royal Mail.
My Item Arrived Damaged What Can I do - If your item arrives damaged, please let us know immediately if possible sign for the item as damaged, and please take pictures.
I Need A Refund / Replacement - If your item is faulty we'll be happy to replace it (if we still have the item in stock) or you can return for a refund
Do you sell Death Waltz and Mondo records? - Yes. We are the ONLY store (outside of the Mondo gallery in Austin, Texas) that sells variants for both labels BUT we only sell them in-store to customers that visit us. mondotees.com is still the ONLY place to buy variants online.

You can order either as a Guest or as a Registered Customer.
If you place an order as a Guest, you will receive updates of your order via email, but you cannot follow up on your order online. In the confirmation email, you will find all the information about your order.
If you register a customer account either before or during checkout, you'll be able to access your account & have your personal information, payment and shipping addresses saved so you can easily check out later.
Whether you place an order as a Guest or Registered Customer we ask you to enter personal information that is absolutely needed for us in order to fulfill your order. As per the governing EU law regarding online data safety and processing (called GDPR) you can modify or remove any and all personal information from our system through your account.
It is important to note that we don't store financial data such as credit card details.
